The Council of Legal Practice is a national statutory body established under Article 4 of Law No. 28 of 2014 on Legal Practice. The Council of Legal Practice and its provincial councils regulate matters and exercise jurisdiction over all legal practitioners (lawyers and lawyers) and trainee lawyers. Until the nine (9) CP offices are established, professionals and the public requiring the Commission`s services should contact the following LPC. In the meantime, Council decided to create some of the committees that were active in the provincial societies immediately prior to the dissolution of the law societies. Complaints against lawyers are handled by the provincial offices of the Legal Practice Council, depending on where the lawyer works. Activities of the Council on Legal Practice (Council) The Council will continue to serve members of the profession and society. We will ensure that there is no collapse of essential services for the legal profession. The offices of the former provincial corporations are now the offices of the Council for Legal Practice.
